Glenn and Cheryl Somolik

Glenn and Cheryl joined the Street Elite Corvette Club in 2024. They began their Corvette journey with a 2016 Stingray Z51 and later upgraded to a 2019 Grand Sport.

Both retired in 2018—Glenn from a career in the steel industry and Cheryl from the automotive industry. Before that, Glenn served in the U.S. Navy, where he was a surface rescue swimmer and ship driver.

​

In retirement, they stay active by volunteering at Christ Table soup kitchen and Clay Gardens senior living center, as well as traveling the world on cruise ships.

​

Glenn and Cheryl received a warm welcome from club members and truly enjoy spending time with such a great group of people—and their beautiful cars.
