Dave and Pam Becker

Pam and I bought our first Corvette in 2018 — a 2008 convertible with just over 3,000 miles on it. Before that, we spent years traveling the country on our Harley-Davidson motorcycle, visiting 46 states together. On our final motorcycle trip to the West Coast, we were heading home on I-90 when a beautiful C7 Corvette passed us. I remember thinking, “I wonder what one of those costs?”

A few weeks later, while having lunch with friends, one mentioned he had a C6 sitting in his barn that he might be willing to sell. We went to take a look, and as they say, the rest is history.

Not long after buying the C6, we came across our current C7 and immediately fell in love with the color. We knew we had to have it, so we traded in the C6.

Pam and I are both retired — Pam after 35 years with the Postal Service, and me after 32 years as a Columbus Police Officer. We still love to travel and enjoy spending our winters in sunny Florida.
