Track Day at Michigan Intl Speedway
Steve and Jeanne Stoll allowed at least 30 drivers to act like kids again as we all ventured north for a day of fun and excitement at Michigan Intl Speedway. We all had a blast driving the track and now have an even better appreciation for the real drivers who go almost 2x what we were doing.
And the fun didn't end there as we traveled down to the Auburn Cord and Duesenberg museum and then the Corvette Classics museum as well. And the meals, well...it was about a 3 pound weekend.
Some much deserved thanks go the Steve and Jeanne for arranging the overall weekend with a lot of empasis on the track events, Jim S. for helping with the museum visits, and the Jeff and Carol for picking out the restaurants.
A truly memorable weekend!!
